With nearly 30 years of leadership across financial services, technology, design, nonprofit organizations, and higher education, Kelly Matczak brings a rare blend of strategic insight, operational know-how, and communication mastery to every consulting and coaching engagement. While in her consulting role she has helped more than 600 clients improve their businesses, personal and professional lives.

Kelly’s career began in communications and evolved into executive leadership roles spanning from directing a university press to guiding large-scale development strategies, consulting with Fortune 50 firms, and leading nonprofit communications and fundraising efforts.

Kelly is known for her clarity, adaptability, and results-driven approach. She’s often described as the Swiss Army knife your business didn’t know it needed—versatile, strategic, and results-driven. She is also an author of two books.
